Health tourism supports were rearranged pursuant to the Decision on Supporting Foreign Exchange Earning Service Trade no. 2015/8 for health tourism, which is also valid in 2019.

- Health Tourism Companies
Residing in Turkey, expenses related to the activities performed within the scope of beneficiaries are operating in the health tourism as part of the support.
These supports are non-refundable grants.
What is the Purpose of Health Tourism Incentive?
Increasing and improving the international competitiveness of health tourism income in Turkey of foreign currency earning services sectors.
What is Health Tourism Company?
Companies operating in Health Tourism activities must meet certain conditions. These;
- showing the main contract and the activities in the field of health tourism in the framework of agreements concluded with healthcare institutions in Turkey,
- At least one foreign language WEB site
- It is a company with an international service infrastructure.
What is a Healthcare Organization?
Certain conditions must be met in the Healthcare Organization.
These;
- Operating under the permit and control of the relevant Public Institution
- At least one foreign language WEB site
- Has an international service delivery infrastructure,
- It is a private or public sector institution or a university health / care institution.

Registration and Protection support;
Health Institutions, Health Tourism Companies, brand / patent bureau services, consultancy, research, examination etc. to be carried out regarding whether the product / service is registered in the name of another company / organization in that country. all mandatory expenses are covered by 50% and up to $ 50,000 per year.
Report and Consultancy Support for Acquisition of Foreign Companies;
Health Institutions and Health Tourism Companies that are approved by the Ministry with preliminary permission;
- Market research, industry, country international legislation data monitoring / evaluation activities, foreign company or brand oriented reports (including Financial and Legal reports)
- Expenses related to consultancy services for foreign company purchases are covered by 60% and up to 200.000 USD annually. (Including financial and legal advice)
Certification Support;
Approved by the Ministry;
- JCI (Joint Commission International) Accreditation,
- TEMOS Certificates, QHA Trent Accreditation,
- Accreditation Canada, Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI),
- TÜV Certificates,
- Application and document examination expenses for the Ministry of Health Accreditation Standards in Health (SAS) Certificate quality certificates,
Certification audit expenses,
- Document usage fees,
- Registration fees for the first year,
- Consulting expenses,
- Education expenses are covered by 50% and up to $ 50,000 per document.
(Counseling / education expenses under this article are supported with a maximum of $ 15,000 for each document.)
Advertising, Promotion and Marketing Support;
Advertising, Promotion and marketing activities, advertising material, promotional material and promotional material sample / sample publication / visuals (karalog, brochure and promotional material sample / advertised newspaper, magazine sample / photograph, video recording, CD etc.) It is met at a rate of 60% and up to $ 400,000 annually.
International Unit Support;
The gross lease (including tax / picture / fee) and commission expenses of the units they open directly or through companies operating abroad are covered by 60% and up to $ 120,000 per unit per year.
Consulting Support;
In order to increase the competitive advantage in international markets, expenses related to consultancy services received from companies / organizations / experts on matters determined by the ministry are covered by 50% and up to $ 200,000 per year.
Agency Commission Support;
Commission payments to agencies to bring international patients in our country are covered by 50% and up to $ 100,000 per year.
Translation Services Support;
Monthly gross wages of up to 2 personnel employed by the health institutions and providing interpreting services are 50% and maximum 25.000 per year per employee or 50% of annual expenses for translation services.
